Triathlon TS Instructional Course Cork

Tekno Surgical were delighted to welcome 20 delegates and a faculty of 5 to the

“Advances in Technologies and Techniques: Triathlon TS Instructional Course” last Friday Nov 22nd in the University College Cork Assert Centre.

With a focus on Revision Total Knee Arthroplasty featuring Triathlon TS and Metaphyseal Cones, our delegates first started with lecture style talks from our guest speakers Mr. Richard Burnett, Mr. Rehan Gul and Mr Shane Guerin. Following the talks, our delegates then worked together in workshop environment using sawbones which featured 3 stations:

• Restoration of the Joint Line and PCO
• Tibial Reconstruction
• Zonal fixation and Cones

After lunch our delegates then proceeded to their assigned cadaver lab groups to get hands on experience of the total knee arthroplasty procedure.
